Carl made our moving experience pleasant and quick. He was exemplary throughout the entire process. He approached the listing of our house in a thoughtful manner, and was regularly in touch with us to keep us abreast of progress. He was similarly thoughtful in acting on our behalf on the purchase of our new home, where he represented our interests in a firm, intelligent manner, and surpassed our expectations in terms of doing and communicating background research. Both the purchase of our new house, and the sale of our old house were achieved quickly, with all negotiations complete within two weeks.
